Perfect family holiday house situated in the El Palmeral / La Mata part of Mojacar Playa, on the Descargador beach.

The house is on a small complex of 21 houses and has electronic gates and entry phone. It is only 2 minutes from the beach on foot. Within a short walking distance is also a small supermarket/ beach shop, bakery, butchers, pizzeria, cafe, bus stop etc. as well as a children's mini fairground in the summer months.

The ground floor constists of a large living area with open fireplace, a guest cloakroom and a fully fitted kitchen. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a twin room. The master bedroom has a small balcony with some seaviews and all bedrooms are equipped with A/C.Outside the living room is a terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining. This leads out into the large and beautifully kept communal garden with its pool.

The garden and pool are illuminated to great effect at night and it's customary to sit out in the garden in little groups enjoying the peace and quiet and the starry skies.Within walking distance you can hire tennis courts, ride camels, learn how to play golf in Marina de la Torre, join a sailing school, snorkel/dive, go kite surfing or just get out the bucket and spade.
