Please let us know your preferred dates before you book your flights so that we can make all the necessary arrangements including - if you wish of course - helping you to find accommodation for your stay. All costs related to travel and accommodation etc. are paid for by the client.

The Buying Stages

Getting Ready - Contact Veritas Homes to arrange viewings, etc. Based o­n your specification you will receive a proposed schedule for your viewings

Arrival - Once in Spain you will make your own way to the Veritas Homes office on Mojacar Playa, Almeria.

Property Viewings - You will be shown around the local area as well as your selected properties

Consultation Period - Re-assess the properties viewed and establish whether any of them is the right property or investment for you

Going Ahead - If Yes - arrange finance, open bank account, appoint a solicitor, pay reservation fee, etc. If No - Review your requirements.

After Sales - Veritas Homes will liaison with your bank, solicitor, etc. and continue to advise you o­n any queries you may have. 

Completion - Congratulations! This will take place at the office of the Notary and an Officer from Veritas Homes as well as your chosen solicitor will accompany you.

Further Support - Veritas Homes will continue to advise you o­n any queries you may have and will also help you to settle into your new home
